Since 2022/23, we have been a member of the LEAD network, which empowers women in retail and the consumer goods industry across Europe. In addition, we consistently implement the legal requirements for promoting women in management positions—with clearly defined targets and deadlines that are transparently presented in our annual report.

The DOUGLAS Group encourages mothers and fathers to balance their professional and family lives. We offer flexible working hours through various working time models and part-time options. In our Employee Resource Group (ERG) “family@DOUGLAS,” our colleagues exchange ideas on topics related to balancing family and career. In addition, we offer daycare places for employees at our location in Düsseldorf.
